look! two posts in one day!

Having 4cups.spontaneous here recently inspired me. She bikes. A lot. I want to be healthier. A lot.

Last night at dinner, H and I made plans to go to the gym today. This morning, we tweaked our plans, which included adding riding our bikes to the gym. My workout today included 6 1/2 miles of biking and 1/4 mile swimming, which seems so insignificant compared to the biking. Not bad for an overweight girl with bad knees.
